Fahey et associés is proud to support Devimco in the redevelopment of the old Montreal Children’s Hospital site. Upon completion, the mixed-use project, representing an investment of over 400 million dollars, will add new green spaces, consolidate the residential character of the Grands Jardins neighborhood and offer new community services.

We are proud to announce that Cabot Square was awarded 2nd place in the Commercial Landscaping category of the 37th Annual APPQ Certified Landscaper Awards (Association des Paysagistes Professionnels du Québec). Designed in collaboration with the architecture firm Affleck + de la Riva and the engineering firm CIMA+, the revitalization of this public square, located west of Downtown Montreal, was realized by Aménagement Côté Jardin inc.
